Justin was prompt, fairly priced, and incredibly easy to work with, quickly fixing a leaking gas valve for our fireplace. We had a great experience with JS Plumbing and would highly recommend.
Justin was prompt and thorough with the removal, and installation of a new 40 gallon hot water tank. His choice of water tank suited our needs and budget. Justin was very quiet during his time in the house, efficient and professional. I was most pleased with the cleanup of the job (including a no hassle haul away of the old tank). Called Justin due to a gross smell that we had noticed on and off in our new home. He left no stone unturned when searching for the source of the problem, eventually finding and repairing a leaking sewage pipe. The job was completed quickly and came in at the low end of the price range he had quoted us. Very friendly. Will call him again for our future plumbing needs.
Justin was able to get to my job quickly. He stayed in contact in the days leading up, validating the appointment day and time. When he showed up he was not just polite, but walked me through the entire process explaining my problem and needs. He was able to solve my plumbing issues and was very courteous along the way.
