Deceptive and a liar. Sold us a car with an aftermarket part that is NOT LEGAL TO HAVE IN CA. The car mysteriously passed smog days before we bought it when it shouldn’t have and now we are left with a $1,500 bill from a mechanic. All we wanted was to buy a decent car. Now we have to take the owner to small claims. I’ve filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. My strong advice: AVOID!!!
Found a car being sold by Jimmy on fb marketplace. He was super helpful and easy to reach from start to finish. He went above and beyond and sold us a great car. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND buying with Jimmy!
Cannot recommend J's motors enough! Best used vehicle purchase experience I have had. Jimmy (owner) is a stand up guy and puts all his effort into making sure the customer is taken care of. No high pressure sleezy sales stuff going on here, just top notch customer service!
I used to work at this dealership and always had a good relationship with the owner, so I came by recently to say hello and check out some cars. To my surprise, I overheard the owner tell an employee to watch me in case I was stealing. I’ve never stolen anything in my life, and I found this extremely disrespectful and humiliating!!! Especially coming from someone I once worked with and respected. It really changed the way I view this place. If this is how they treat people they know, I’d be cautious as a customer.
