CORTNEY IS AWESOME! Last minute, end of day, not alot of time for mistakes; Cortney and crew were able to sweep in and and save the day. Good customer service is hard to find, Great is dam near impossable. Today, I got GREAT customer service. My plan is to use them every year moving forward. T.

Beautiful arrangement. I originally thought it was a little pricey, but it is the nicest, classiest arrangement I've seen. Well worth the money!

I paid extra for last minute delivery. The day after the scheduled delivery an associate, Courtney, called and told me they made multiple attempts to deliver as well as call the recipient (why not call me - the person who placed the order). Funny thing they though I knew they didn’t have the address. I knew that because I received an “attempted delivery - no house number” email so I already knew the situation.
