I choose this salon to get out of sf city with high expectations. Reviews were quite deceiving. I had a long hair so wanted a nice sun kissed balayage (it was in a process to be perfectly styled). I will let the picture do the talking. In process of getting extensions and verge of possibly a lawsuit. I loved my experience here, the vibes, the atmosphere and the conversations. When I first sat down I had a consultation in which they checked to see if my hair was damaged from past bleaches and explained to me that they needed to test the color. Yuzi did a beautiful job on my hair she gave me Balayage, a cut (also trimmed my bangs), she used a toner, washed/blow dried and dyed my roots (covered all my grays) and curled my hair. This salon seems to vary by service. I got a perm and they rolled it really well, but I wouldn’t return for a perm. I saw lots of great cuts, including quick service dry cuts, full color, or wash, cut, and style. Those all seemed good and I know people who go here consistently for their prices. However, they over-processed my perm by leaving the first solution on for almost an hour resulting in pretty bad damage.
