My son has been waiting for about 2 hours and your staff keep taking people that just walk in to your place. He was turned down yesterday for not having an appt. So he went back to try again today. You have the worst customer service in this town! You do not have a sign that states APPTS ONLY!
I've taken both of my toddler boys for haircuts twice. Different barbers handled them each time and did a fantastic job! Very patient with them and did a through cut. We love J's and always appreciate their service!
