J's gave me a wonderful experience. There was not a bunch of monkey business like big dealers in Cedar Rapids. The Sales guy was very helpful and just let me take the vehicles (no riding along). Once we agreed on a price, the finance department was very quick. The whole process from start to finish was about 3 hours. I will look there again for my next vehicle!

Earl is great to work with and Nancy does awesome also. Just traded vehicle off yesterday and got a different one and all went great with their help. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased there. Jeff does a great job maintaining my vehicles for me also! Recommend you give J's Auto a try they have a great staff.

Best customer service we have EVER had when purchasing a vehicle. They went above and beyond to take care of our questions. The truck was clean (detailed like new!!) and honestly represented! Well worth the 2.5 hour trip to get there. We will be back!!
