I was in the market for an older but in excellent condition vehicle. I live about 2 hours from J's, I inquired about the vehicle, wanted to know about any flaws that may be a turn off before I drive 2 hours to look at it. I received accurate information from Earle about the vehicle condition and spoke with Josh in finance and was able to get everything approved before I drove down there. I will not say I hate J's for a rating, b/c hate is a very strong word but I will say my husband & myself are very disappointed with our service center & potential car buying experience at J's and I would give them a 1 star rating b/c of it. The a/c stopped working in our own vehicle(this was NOT bought at J's) & we took it in for servicing. Told it could be 1 of 2 things, we went with the repair that was recommended to us. I went to j's auto on a referral and it was the best car buying experience ever. Jim and his staff we so friendly and ready to take care of my needs.
