Called to ask for a bid. Told me how far out they were, so I asked if the bid I received from another company was fair. JRT took the time to talk me through the job and then told me the bid I had was fair. To me that is great costumer service! It’s all about communication. Thank you guys for giving me your time today!
Showed up in our neighborhood with a swarm of vehicles and block the street and neighborhood parking for very small job. Then proceed to the wrong location.Then ended up blocking people's driveways and when they were asked to move they called her one of those women aka a Karen. Not very professional. I saw the lady be very nice to them but they were being rude to her.
Shoddy work. I fired him. He sent me an inflated fraudulent bill I refused to pay. I had to hire another company to Jack Hammer out a major portion of the job, and redo his work correctly. He sued me in Small Claims Court. I countersued and won a large judgement he has refused to pay. I am currently in the process of trying to collect the Court Ordered Settlement.
Excellent and efficient execution of project.
