Even though my problem was not fixable by Precision, they have been extremely helpful in making sure I knew what was wrong with my vehicle, where to take it so it'd be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and what to do. Without them I would have had no idea how to handle the problems. They have gone above and beyond, looking up service bulletins and even calling the local dealership to ensure the warranty. Thank you so much Precision!
I was treated very fairly, had an oil change, tire rotation and balance, topped off my fluids and got me out of there in good time. The gals that run the counter are interactive, nice, and efficient. I’ll be back.
Precision has been taking care of my college daughter for 3 years now. It makes me happy and relieved knowing I don’t have to worry about her safety. They keep me updated w all issues and concerns. They have been like family since we dropped her off to college. They also take care of the athletes of Missouri Western.
Love the service I get when I come here, they are always friendly and helpful!!! Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews! They are very wrong! Go see for yourself!! I’m thinking this Chase guy that got fired is putting in the bad reviews. I wonder if it’s the same one that used to work at the pure vape shop that had their friends put in all the bad reviews there also?
