We had a coolant part break on our road trip from Nebraska to Branson with our 4 year old. Precision got us in right away and diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately the part was a VW specific part so it had to be ordered from KC which took hours but that wasn’t their fault. It was completed quickly and efficiently and we were back on the road later that afternoon and made it to our destination safely and back home to Nebraska safely a few days later. Get your act together. Your message asked for a 5 star review. To get that, you will need to get your front office together. If your office manager is confused about an issue, call me. You have my number, don't wait for me to do a follow-up a week layer, wondering if my tire is done. There are several car care companies in this town. I will probably check them out in the future.

Precision has taken all of our cars and trucks over the last few years. They cut competitor prices in half, they are personable, kind, and straight forward. I've had a handful of encounters over the years and everytime I am impressed by the service more and more. Between big and small repairs, and everything in between, Pat handles his business with class and great work. The entire team is awesome. Don't take your car anywhere else but here!!
