Pat went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle repaired. I can tell he is there for his customers and not just a pay check. I will be taking my future vehicle maintenance and repairs to Precision Tune Auto Care in the future.
We had some work done here on my wife's jeep and it was crazy. My wife takes care of special needs adults and she was driving on of her clients to the store and one of the calipers they installed fell off and they ended up in a ditch. PTAC had it towed to their shop and they repaired the caliper that fell off...kinda!?! they did not properly bleed the break line after the second repair. After the "repair" they offered to do our inspection for free... it was a small gesture but appreciated.... it was a lie, they still charged... read more

Was sent here by my car's warranty company. Pat got me in right away to look at my car & fix the problem. I waited in store while they fixed it & Pat communicated the whole time letting me know my cars process. If I didn't live an hour away, they would be my new mechanic.
Always easy to get in for an appointment. GREAT Manager to work with, too! I know the Owners & know they'll make sure these guys are doin' it right!
