The plumber came on a Sunday morning to repair a clogged drain in condo unit. He was very professional and had the work done in an hour.
Paid $368 to snake a drain from the kitchen sink clean out port. Cleared the drain fine. Responsive customer service. Giving three starts because the tech accidentally turned a gas burner on and it was lit for a whole day. (We weren’t home when he came to snake the drain.) Thankfully, no major issues other than a really warm house and wasted $$$ on gas. Shame on me perhaps for not checking on the house directly after he was done. But thought it was worth noting.
New to the area, we’ve used several different plumbers over the last few years. I’m happy to say that I will only use JR’s from now on. They do a great job and they are reasonably priced. The workers are very knowledgeable and capable, finding solutions without over selling. And their receptionist is a treat! She is super efficient, a great communicator, and so friendly. No matter the issue, she makes me feel like everything really will be okay 😃

Miguel saved the day! After 3 prior fails at repairing a main water valve shutoff to my home, Miguel came the very next day. He explained what needed to be done and fixed the broken leaking pipe. He was very polite, professional and most of all kind.
