Paid $368 to snake a drain from the kitchen sink clean out port. Cleared the drain fine. Responsive customer service. Giving three starts because the tech accidentally turned a gas burner on and it was lit for a whole day. (We weren’t home when he came to snake the drain.) Thankfully, no major issues other than a really warm house and wasted $$$ on gas. Shame on me perhaps for not checking on the house directly after he was done. But thought it was worth noting.

New to the area, we’ve used several different plumbers over the last few years. I’m happy to say that I will only use JR’s from now on. They do a great job and they are reasonably priced. The workers are very knowledgeable and capable, finding solutions without over selling. And their receptionist is a treat! She is super efficient, a great communicator, and so friendly. No matter the issue, she makes me feel like everything really will be okay 😃

John and his apprentice did such a mediocre job that I learned how to snake a pipe and replace toilet myself. It's much easier than you think, yet they'll charge you 338 to remove a toilet and not replace a 3 dollar wax ring. Good job guys. You seem professional, but are lacking. I'll never call you again for service. Oh and thanks for letting my door slam every time you had to go back and forth. Your attitude was amazing too, guy

Cancelled on me last minute. Wasted 3 hours of my time. They said they were going to go then wanted to collect a deposit. Then they cancelled when i asked why they needed a deposit if i have always paid in full. This company was great before they merged or sold to new owners.
