My 02 WRX Wagon needed someone who can diagnose without strictly using the on board diagnostics. I had previously paid a shop to diagnose without any positive results . JR correctly diagnosed it and solved my problem - same day. I give 5 stars - There is nothing as good as real world experience on cars.
JR is the man! Can’t say enough about his shop and the people who there. Honest and up front. Punctuality is spot on. Quotes are straight forward. But his knowledge of Subaru’s is very very good! Great guy to boot! Highly recommended for service and maintenance.
Very professional. We were in a big road trip, and the car broke down. They diagnosed and fixed the repair promptly. When I came home, my regular Subaru repairman asked specifically about the high quality of work they did. Thank you!
Have taken my car here twice now for repairs and had great experiences both times! They were able to squeeze me in same day for an alternator replacement just the other day. Good prices compared to other places I've checked out as well!
