We were on vacation in South Padre and had two tires with nails creating slow leaks. Our car has Mopar star key locks on the wheels and we had no key. After going to multiple tire repair places I had another business suggest that I call Jr’s Fast & Fair. I called Jr and asked if he thought he could remove the lug nuts and he told me he thought he could. Super fast and affordable service! Walmart had 1.5hr wait and these guys started working on my truck within seconds after pulling up!!! Thanks guys for the great service!! FYI: This place is right next to the best restaurant in PI.. Joe’s Oyster Bar! �
Best automotive repair shop in Port Isabel, highly recommend
Just got home from having my oil changed and it is over full. I supplied the oil and filter and told them it was more than is required but they put it all in. Also I was told that it would be 25$ on the phone and in person to do the oil change and grease but was charged 35$ when I went to check out. Don’t think I will be back and don’t recommend them for oil changes. Service guy was friendly.
Best and most affordable service in Port Isabel! What I love most is the courtesy of them picking up your vehicle to service it while you're at work! I highly recommend Jr's Fast and Fair to everyone in the Laguna Madre area. Support your local small business owners, especially this one! You won't be disappointed.
If you aren't from a beach community, you might judge this place unfairly, but don't judge this book by its cover. Very fair, very easy to deal with, performed exactly as promised. The guy I delt with, I think was named Joseph. He was patient with me, was funny and joking while dripping sweat in the million percent humidity of south Texas. While waiting on me, some other customers came in, who were a bit....ummmm....more...'demanding' of his attention than I was. He even handled them well. You got a car issue? They did an awesome job on my car running good very friendly
Do not recommend... Horrible customer service! Called for roadside assistance 3/16/17 around 6:20pm, said he was "on his way" gave me a quote and never showed up. Nice to know they're coming when you need help. Stopped answering my calls around 10pm, waited 4 hrs! Would recommend you use this place as an absolutely last resort.
