Unfortunately not all the repairs have been done quickly, but I was extremely impressed with the speed at which this plumbing service was done. I called you shortly after 12 noon. Within 30 minutes I had a call from the plumber trying to schedule ASAP service for me; and within 3 hours the plumber was ON LOCATION and REPAIR COMPLETED. Loved the lockbox tours which provided flexibility to see the unit around my work schedule and their regular business hours. The team was very responsive throughout the application and move in process. Thank you Andy for getting me settled in at Merit Carson, your assistance with everything including helping me get around after my car battery died on the way to meet you was super appreciated!
My experience with JRealty has been exceptional. They are highly professional and supportive. Gio, my account manager, was particularly outstanding. He was incredibly responsive and resolved my issues in no time, often within a day or less. I am truly grateful for their excellent service.
