We had a tenant A/C unit start blowing heat out instead of air conditioning in July!! To make matters worse it was on a Sunday. I called Jim, at JRC Services, and told him what was going on. He got out that day and fixed the air conditioner so it was blowing cold air and not hot air. Through the whole process of getting parts and needing to come back and forth until the A/C was fixed Jim called me and kept me in the loop the entire time.
