Jack was extremely professional with great communication. Very high quality job and would recommend to anyone
Jack did an amazing job on the two windows he repaired at our home. One was fairly complex requiring a considerable effort on Jack's part. Very pleased with the result. Reasonable prices for the repairs. We will continue to use J & R Window Repairs for any future repairs and will recommend them without hesitation. Jack is a friendly, respectful and considerate person and it was a pleasure dealing with him.
Jack’s work was excellent. He did a a great job! Highly recommend him.
Jack did an absolutely fantastic job on our windows. They were tricky jobs, as the house had moved so some windows weren't shutting properly. He was happy to do the job, and completed it with effort and enthusiasm. He was very lovely to deal with and easy-going. He ran in to a few hurdles but still meticulously got the job done. We are very grateful, and would highly recommend his services.
I cannot overstate how impressed we were with the whole process. From the quote stage, communications, reliability, professionalism and the end result. Jack is exceptional at his trade and I simply cannot recommend J&R Window Repairs highly enough. Windows that were able to be repaired were done so with great attention to detail and windows that needed to be replaced were fitted seamlessly. Thanks for making this whole process so easy!
