If I could give zero I would. He listed a car at market value with a clean title even though the title was rebuilt. There was no mention of a rebuilt title we had to ask. We made an agreement on a purchase and was going to pick it up at the end of the week due to my husbands work schedule not aligning because he's a first responder.
