We have done several loads with JR Towing. Drivers are great and their dispatcher is a dream to work with. Unfortunately, they asked us to prepay for a load that they could not complete and they refuse to refund the money. Sad that admin can ruin a company.
They worked efficiently to assist me while also providing excellent customer service. I’ll definitely do business with this company again.

Truck 31, George, has an insane amount of talent, I didn't know how he was going to park our 40 ft container in a tight space, but he was able to without hitting anything! He even lined it up perfectly with our other one that was right next to it, very impressive!
I don't know how the company is but the dude that came to try and tow my truck that I had to wait almost 2 hours for this dude to just keep telling me to wait 20 mins everytime I called for those 20 mins that passed he kept telling me something different. And this was after the initial estimated time as well.
