They have always been great, excellent customer service. Their meat is fresh, and no antibiotics. Too sad the owner is retiring, I know he deserves it. But, I can't help being selfish. Best meat ever!
It's difficult leaving a negative review here, as my wife and I have for the most part really liked the meats here. I'm leaving the review because we've had several batches of sausage over the last 6 months which have lots of sharp & rock hard fragments mixed in (bone I assume?). We reached out via the contact form on their site, and haven't heard back. While I might be fine spitting out the fragments, we feed the sausage to our toddler as well, so we've decided to make an effort to avoid shopping here.
