Josh was extremely helpful at assisting us with a an AC issue that came out of nowhere. He responded and addressed the issue quickly. He also educated us on a few items. Customer service is top notch!
We got home from work to a hot home and our air conditioner out. We called our regular service company and couldn’t get to us till Wednesday. A friend told us to call JR Heating and Cooling we did and he was here and fixed with in 2 hours. Super nice guy and very professional. Would highly recommended to everyone.
I want to thank Josh and Alex for going above and beyond their call of duty to get our very older outside model AC unit back up and running again. They are literally a life saver. They also have a wonderful/professional attitude. Thank you again.
