Josh was very responsive. Called him at around 6:30 p.m., and he showed up first thing the next morning. Diagnosed the problem and immediately got started on ordering parts. He even jumped through hoops to order warranty parts to save my wallet. He is honest, professional, fast and knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend him enough.
