I have lived at Sunrise Pointe for over 2 years, which is managed by **********. My husband, who has chronic health issues, passed out in the shower and cracked the tub. JPM is charging us over $5k to repair it. Yes, over $5,000 for a crack in a bathtub. They are unable to justify the price with a detailed invoice and have now sent us cause to evict paperwork because we are unable to pay $5k for a crack in a bathtub that occured during a medical emergency. They are uncaring and greedy people, never ever rent from them.

Hi ***,I don't think we've met. There is a disability letter in with my signed lease. Hence , the service animal being allowed without rent. We are happy to provide evidence of all correspondence, emails, photos to support our claim. It's not about money, like I said in my commentary, I plan on paying it back steadily over a span of 6 months. We did email that we are leaving in March, and AGAIN in June.
