My aunt is not good with real estate and trusted them. They took all her earnest money (which it should never have been that high of earnest money -- terrible advice) then they did not advocate for her and threatened her when she tried to protest. I called one of their agents about selling my house. Not only do they charge 6%, which I was ok with, but they wanted another $350 just for working with them. I asked what it was for and was told it was just an admin fee the company charges for anyone that works for the company. I mean, I am already forking over $18,000 in fees...why in the world would I pay an admin fee to a company that did nothing
