Thanks for not asking permission to put your sign in my yard and then leaving it as trash for me to pick up when the house is been delisted.
My aunt is not good with real estate and trusted them. They took all her earnest money (which it should never have been that high of earnest money -- terrible advice) then they did not advocate for her and threatened her when she tried to protest. She is a nice lady and got scared so she did nothing. This was last year and I am just hearing about this now and reviewing the contracts, cashier's checks, and everything she gave them -- she lost so much money because of these people's gross negligence.
