Right after I handed Jesse the check he lied to me by saying we don't know anything till manufacture says trailer is ready for pickup. That's a lie they talk everyday with dealerships on status of their trailers. This is from manufacture directly. Then trailer came in and there was cable spun off tortion bar Jesse said that's normal. The ramp flap spongy Jesse said it will wear the hinge wears in. I bought an aluminum enclosed trailer from Jesse. Super responsive to all my questions and concerns. In my opinion he stocks some of the best brands available at prices that can't be beat anywhere. After sale service has been super for added accessories I decided I needed. Super seller and great to deal with couldn't be happier will be my dealer when I need any trailers in the future.
