Estoy fastidiada como puede ser posible me llamen a cobrar y a factura de Laboratorio Bioreferen del año 2022. O sea después de dos años. Es inaudito. Estoy llamando para pedir detalle de la información nadie pero nadie contesta. Lo irónico estamos en una país donde la tecnología de punta, el servicio al cliente no sirve en este caso. Llame a Bioreferen no tengo deuda atrazada. J P Recovery cero por mala atención. 🤯😡
Maybe the worst company. I called to get my car back and the women I talk to was very rude like lady you only work a few hours a day fix your attitude or get another job you like . The women had lack of customer service . She never tried to help with the issue she was so smart mouth trying to get off work at 1:30 and I called at 12:45. She informed me that they are closed when it was only 12:45. They barely answer the phone I been calling for 3 days and no reply. They need to be closed for good !!!
It is impossible to get a hole of any human being to get your items back. This is ridiculous.
Terrible that Summa turns patients into collections as they’re making monthly payments! In addition, having been approved for 100% financial assistance for my cancer, this company continues to harass me.
