Extremely disappointed this time around. My 80 year old mother brought my father’s wedding band in to be sized down . The difference in size was quite large. The kept the gold they cut off and tried to charge her $37 . So she said something about her missing piece from my father’s band . They scrabble in the back to try and find a color match from their scrap . That is completely unacceptable. I agree with those who cited the poor bedside manner of the proprietor. Although I am grateful for his willingness to purchase several pieces of jewelry from me during a lean time, I was put off by his condescending attitude on more than one occasion. He is given to deriding quality pieces of jewelry, and wont hesitate to characterize something as "junk." I came away feeling really devalued as a person, much like some of the jewelry he appraised.
