I have nothing but nice things to say about JP's personality. The two rating is because I feel like I just put two and two together. In good faith I chose JP to home inspect for me. Which wound up being several homes that were seemingly lemons. It has cost me a little shy of $2,000 and would have been counting 4 another home that I would have had to enlist JP to inspect.
