I had an excellent experience with JP Electrical. Jim Phillips arrived on time for both the initial bid and the ceiling fan installations in two rooms. He did excellent and professional work. Additionally, he provided some additional recommendations for installation, and answered all my questions regarding remotes and other types of switches and controls for ceiling fans. JP Electrical was very professional and comuted very well in regards with what was wrong. He brought the correct tools to use to clean up the area. He also reconized and corrected the controls for the whole house attic fan. He arrive promptly and completed the job successfully. He alerted me to a smoke detector that was not functioning.
Professional, sensitive to my needs and was willing to go over and above the requirements of the job. I am a house bound cancer patient and without JP's willingness to do a few "extra" things like picking up the correct light bulbs for the fan he had installed I would be sitting here with a fulled contact but, not a working fan.
