Good work, professional, it just seemed like alot of money for the work (parts & labor). I was charged 2 hours of work for 1.5 hours of actual work.
Business response:
It was actually 3.25 hours of my time including travel, and I only charged for 1 man when there was actually 2 of us there (licensed Master & Apprentice electricians), which expedited the total time of the many repairs that we did . I am sorry that you feel that the bill was high, but you would really be in sticker shock if any other company would have made the same repairs.We strive for customer satisfaction and I would be happy to discuss your bill.

Kevin really knows his wiring stuff and did a great job for me. I thought he was just going to give me a quote but he came out and did the job. Seemed a little pricey but quality work is not cheap.
I was happily surprised at the profiency and the professionalism of JP Electric. First they listen to the problem then went to work. They work clean and quiet and solved my electrical problems. Very good work. these are my Go To Guys for any future electrical problems.

Jim and his partner were on time and ready to complete the work, they were very friendly and explained the whole process from start to finish. Installed my recess lights in good time and provided good quality workmanship. I highly recommend this contractor for anyone looking for electrical work to be done at their home.
