They charged me for a receipt. I paid the entire balance. I paid a portion in cash and the other portion on my card. The receipt only reflected the amount I paid on my card, which was a small amount of money. I had only brough so much cash, and the transaction was slightly over what I brought. I requested an accurate receipt. They got mad and said that I have a remaining balance. I have a right to a receipt. I would have put the whole thing on my card if I would have known that they would have done that.
This is professional work at its finest. From the moment I arrived, their team demonstrated outstanding responsibility and responsiveness, and their customer service was top-notch. They performed an engine mount replacement on my 2006 Toyota Camry V6 with such precision and expertise that the quality easily rivals, if not exceeds, that of a Toyota dealership. My car's performance is now superb, running smoother than ever.
I had a few issues with my truck and stopped by J&P Autoworks , from the moment I walked in, the mechanic was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problems, explained everything clearly, and told me exactly what needed to be fixed and what didn’t , no upselling or pressure. The pricing was fair, the service was quick, and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!
We have a broke down and could not start the engine, they help me out a lot even though it’s near closing time. I’m deeply appreciate theirs help
