Brought my 2001 Audi TT Quattro 225 in for a Unitronic tune after speaking to Jasen Penman on the phone. He was very professional, knowledgable and informative about my options. Took him a half hour from start to finish and communicated his actions the entire time about the tune. Couldn't be happier with the results, and won't go to anyone else for work on my car.
