Went in for a surgical consult with a bunch of paperwork in hand. After filling out enough forms to kill multiple trees, which took over an hour, I had to take a drug test - for no reason as this had nothing to do with my appointment Spent months gathering 9 years of reports and imaging and letters for her and the entire office staff quit. Called almost daily for months trying to get in but I can't get a follow-up appointment and even corporate in San Antonio just leaves unanswered messages.
We began to make a plan, but there has not been another appt so I wouldn't know how it would have turned out. It took 4 online requests for an appt, each immediately cancelled, saying I needed a referral-- I have PPO. Got in, was told they would contact my prior doc to get scans sent over. 1 month later, I called them back, and not only had they not bothered to call the prior doc, but told me I needed to get the scan for them. They billed my insurance $3,100, though, and I *get* to pay $340.
Dr Subramanian does not prescribe pain medicine unless you are dying that day. Your better off going to the ER, lol. FYI she's sold her equipment and downsized offices. Preparing for retirement back to India.
