Kim is by far one of the most amazing people I have dealt with throughout my wedding experience. I ordered my dress from a previous business she used to be with and they ended up closing earlier than they expected. Kim went out of her way to contact me and offer a complimentary steaming to my gown for the inconvenience. She was super flexible and steamed my dress 3 days before my big day and had it ready in a day. I love love love my wedding dress! I first came here in January and the service was outstanding, I felt so special finding the gown that spoke to me. I was offered help a million times, I was complimented, free water and candy canes :) I just had my wedding this past Monday and my dress was just beautiful and alterations went perfectly :)

Kim was absolutely AMAZING! We popped in today without an appointment and were pleasantly surprised and serviced. We felt beyond welcomed and loved the personal touches and care. There was the perfect amount of attention and space given from her. The dress selection and pricing far exceeded my expectations! I'd highly recommend going to Joy's Bridal Boutique.
