Both ladies have been very helpful and kind. They let you do your own thing but are there to help when ready. They don't push younto buy at all. They measure measure and measure to make sure they order the right size. And have many helpful options to change dresses...i happen to be adding a longer train to mine.

I wouldn't choose another place. They made me feel comfortable. While the other shops pick styles they think you may like, Joys let ME do my thing. I had fun! I was able to enjoy the experience with my sister and mom. Another thing is they let my sister into the dressing room and didn't invade. Sure they asked from a distance if we needed help, but it was nice to have privacy. Can't come across that.

I can't say enough good things about Joy's bridal. This place treats brides how they should be treated even after you purchase your dress. Kim is truly an amazing person and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Joy's will go above and beyond to make sure your happy and you will receive exceptional service. I cannot say enough about the amazing service and staff at Joy's. I am in macomb county. I went to many different local stores before finding Joy's, an hour drive away from me. Their dress selection is superb and plentiful. I am happy to say that I purchased my dream dress from Joy's today and cannot be more excited! Special thanks to Kim! She knows what you want before you even do!
