What a great place to shop. I have probably tried on 1000 dresses and was so anxious about finding a dress in time for my Son’s wedding. What a blessing Jasmine and Meg were. They were so kind and picked dresses that fit my body type. The second dress was perfect. I am in between sizes so they took me over to a lovely soul who is going to make alterations to the dress so it fits me perfectly. They suggested jewelry to top it off. They are truly the best and I thank the Lord for them and their expertise and professionalism!
I've come to Joy's Bridal several times throughout my life for occasions such as school formal events, prom, and most recently my wedding. I've always been treated kindly and alterations have always been done in house and turned out great! My mother also got her dress for my wedding here + alterations and it turned out beautiful. My father rented his suit and we were able to customize suit and tie combinations to match my wedding colors. Overall the prices are beyond reasonable and the staff is always accommodating.
I had my first horrible experience at joys bridal I went in yesterday I was treated like I was scum, a lady by the name of Dixie ignored me and when I finally got her attention she asked "what is it" in the most hateful voice " I was humiliated and I left . I will never be back to joys bridal......
I just moved here a couple months ago I noticed joys bridal while leaving roses so I went in instantly I could feel good vibes the store was filled with laughter and great energy I tried on a few dresses and Megan and Jasmine made me feel like I was the most beautiful woman in the world. I would most definitely recommend joys bridal
