I went into joys bridal conflicted confused and worried, but I came out feeling confident and very pleased with my daughters prom dress and with the help of two "amazing" associates Jasmine and Megan they were so kind, and patient with me and my daughter, they helped me pick a beautiful dress for prom. Jasmine made the most elegant corsage to compliment Thanks to them my daughter was radiant for her big night. God bless them both.
I called about my my daughter‘s prom dress and sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting for them to check the status of it. The girl that answered the phone was extremely rude. Then another lady picked up and I had to explain everything to her again sat on hold for another five minutes only to get disconnected. When I tried calling back. I’m a very self conscious person and I get over whelmed easily with lots of options. The 2 works there first picked out a few dresses in different sizes just to figure out my size and then after we had figured out my size they helped me pick out a bunch of options for a dresses I could wear to prom and hyped me up when needed while looking at the dresses. What a great place to shop. I have probably tried on 1000 dresses and was so anxious about finding a dress in time for my Son’s wedding. What a blessing Jasmine and Meg were. They were so kind and picked dresses that fit my body type. The second dress was perfect. I am in between sizes so they took me over to a lovely soul who is going to make alterations to the dress so it fits me perfectly. They suggested jewelry to top it off. They are truly the best and I thank the Lord for them and their expertise and professionalism!
