Poor excuse for human being, much less realtor. Be very careful - he try's to act as dual agent and fails in both rolls. Once you've listed with him, he encourages you take ANY offer - quick turn around for quick profit (for him). Has a temper and isn't afraid to show it. All in all, very bad experience with this loser.
