From the moment we arrived at the model home at The Boulders, we were made to feel so incredibly welcomed. Cathy Best lived up to her name—she was the best! She explained everything we had questions about and, when we returned the next day, she guided us through the process of getting all the paperwork done to purchase a new home site at Stone Ridge. This young lady could not have represented Joyner Homes any better.
I’d be embarrassed to be a part of this company. Unique-yes-new homes shouldn’t have these problems, I guess that qualifies the unique. Poor craftsmanship, poor quality, cheap materials and labor. Septic never was connected to electricity and sewage backed up into shower, across floor, down register and into ductwork. We’ve been in home for almost 11 months and have had way too many days off work to deal with warranty issues. We are in the process of working with Joyner Homes, and everything up to this point has been great! Everyone we have come into contact with has been extremely kind, helpful, and supportive through this process. We are looking forward to the next steps!
We had a great experience working with Joyner Homes, even though we ultimately decided not to move forward with building. Cathy Best was absolutely wonderful—she was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything clear and easy to navigate.
