John, Katie & team worked with me to sell my existing home and downsize to a condo. I can't say enough good things about how they were to work with. They provided guidance on how to get top dollar for my existing home. They have a wide network of related service providers that were able to help prepare my home and downsize for a smaller place. They also provided great support in working through all of the steps related to new construction of my condo. I highly recommend this team.
This is our second (and won't be our last) time working with John Jr. Recently, we worked with him on the sale of a property that meant a great deal to our family. John Jr. was very sensitive to how much it meant to us, and that meant more than the sale of the house itself! He's detail-oriented, organized, honest, and has ALWAYS acted in our best interest.
