After 35 years in our home it was time for us to down size and move close to our daughter and grand kids. As you can imagine it can be a difficult period in our lives. However, in our case John Daylor provided the most sincere approach providing instructions on what we needed to accomplish before listing. I don't remember a day where he did not check in with us making sure everything was going according to plan. Years of experience his team is worth a visit.
Working with John Daylor Jr. was a pleasure. He was always willing to go out of his way to help us find what we were looking for on our own timetable. He made the home buying and home selling process go smoothly and we are so pleased with the home we ended up purchasing and with how easy it was to sell our home.
