Ms. Montanez is treating my mother for dementia. She was very thorough and did not rush the appointment. She performed and ordered diagnostic tests which eased my mind. She was caring and patient with my mom. She further explained things to me that I did not understand. Great provider.
This provider has been treating my daughter for her seizure disorder for about 3 years ,however you would not know it. She can not seem to remember from visit to visit what her concerns or treatment plans are, she is rude does not listen and has the worst bedside manner I think I have ever seen. At times she has even forgotten my daughter had a brain tumor and that is why she now has epilepsy. Awful, forgetful, rude. Never refills. Doesn’t follow you with tests, will not return calls. Blames assistant (Mellisa), front desk & techs.
