We hired Joyful Companions for our 98-year-old aunt, who was in assisted living. We had a companion come in three times a week for four hours. The companion helped our aunt get up, get dressed, eat meals, and go out for walks. I hired Joyful Companions after I moved my father here from out of state and into a Memory Care Facility. I can't recommend them enough. Not only do they provide companionship, interaction and stimulation for my father, but most importantly they leave a note after every visit that I can check online. I have received fantastic insights, observations and recommendations. When I travel, this gives me great peace of mind.
Joyful Companions has been an absolute blessing to our family. When my sister suggested we enlist Joyful Companions to visit our mother, I thought "What a great idea and concept!".We knew that mom was lonely and as working family members we could not be with her everyday. Either Ashley or Michelle of Joyful Companions would come visit twice a week and at the end of the visit write a summary and post it for the family members to read. I highly recommend Joyful Companions. The two people who visited our mom each week made an enormous difference. Mom looked forward to their visits and enjoyed the time with Michele and Ashley. She always had fun and interesting stories to share after the visits. Joyful Companions made our mom happier and more content and for that I am grateful!
