Called to do business over the phone. Wanted to stop by the store and check out their inventory as well as get some opinions on some recent purchases I made. I was rudely pushed off the phone by an associate as well as being told that the Jewelers at this facility have no Jewelers loupe to look at gemstones with. Personally. I think this is a lie as I have never been to a Jewelers that does not have a loupe to look at Stones under magnification with, but whether it was a lie or if they just don't have one I wouldn't recommen... read more
