I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this jewelry repair store. The staff was not only rude and dismissive but also completely unprofessional, refusing to offer any refunds despite their shoddy work making my chain worse than before. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and quality service is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place unless you want to waste your money and be treated with contempt.
