Had 4 rings resized her and solder for my wife's wedding ring. We went down in size and still paid over $600. We would told the gold going down in size was taken into consideration for resizing. I went from a 12.5 to 10 and my wife 8.5 to a 6.5. They thinned my band out tremendously and the work on my wife ring was crooked and shotty. We had two rings resized. The work was uneven and thin. We were not happy with the work at all especially for the price that we paid.
My family has been shopping at Joyce's for at least 30 years. We have always received EXCEPTIONAL service from each and every dedicated employee at Joyce's. I personally have purchased many pieces of jewelry and had many other pieces resized, re-shaped, re-envisioned and custom made.
