Stopped in for cocktails and loved the quiet (but not pretentious) atmosphere! Phu, the bartender, is very friendly and extremely helpful! We will be returning to try dinner!
Super food. Table on the balcony had a lovely view of the river. The staff and service were excellent. If we had had more than one night in the area we would have eaten there again.
Another fantastic dinner at Joyce's tonight. I recommend the thai noodle salad with shrimp or chicken...so flavorful! The bartender made the best chocatini too...so yummy! Love this place :)

Had lunch at Joyce's for the second time yesterday. Weather on the deck was beautiful. Food and service were excellent!

A must stop when visiting Hallowell! We have been there twice and love it! �
I recommend the grilled shrimp salad. And of course the company of friends was great.
