Food was great and the service was great.
Always love Joyce's. The atmosphere cannot be beat. You can talk, great music in the background and excellent friendly service. The menu is diverse and the specials too. I always get the haddock but decided to try the pork special tonight and it was delish. My son and I have been going here since he was 18 mos old and he is 10 now. He always picks Joyce's where we can sit at the bar and he can chat up Joyce and she makes sure his food is kid the way he likes it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful when we're ordering. Joyce's specials are delicious and sometimes you have to have a serving saved while having drinks. The menu is diverse-local -homemade - The Big Jack and the Lobster Mac n Cheese are two of my favorites. We look forward to all of our visits with Joyce, Steve and the crew.
I always look forward to eating at Joyce's. My favorite is the pot roast and the baby greens salad.
Love the people, the incredible spot on the river and the menu. I have enjoyed everything I've tried but always go back to the shrimp on a skewer.
Wonderfully unexpected...great atmosphere and staff. The food was amazing. I highly recommend this hidden gem.
Great menu, presentation and service, while overlooking a panoramic view of the Kennebec River. Many obviously local repeat customers, as well as a crowd of new patrons enjoying food and drink and enjoying music from Kenny Cox and Dickie Dow.
