Only good thing I have to say is that Michael was a great salesman and none of the negative experiences I had were because of him. MSRP I was given was straight up $2k more than the actual cost of the vehicle, so they tried to make ACTUAL MSRP sound like I was getting a fantastic deal. When I called out the sales manager, I was blatantly gaslit by him saying I was never offered under MSRP. Run the other way. This dealership run by Larry and Tom Starks shows zero loyalty Family bought over 15/20 cars over the years and referred many people there. Airbag light issue caused by repair Honda preformed after a minor accident. They came up with bs excuses why not covering. Absolutely disgusting Do not use this dealership or any Grecco owned dealerships. People that just don’t give a crap about their loyal customers
