What a great buying experience! After visiting 2 other Honda dealers I went to Joyce. I meet my salesman Andres Jimenez. A true knowledgeable professional. We test drove the 2022 Pilot and then we discussed the details. NO Pressure. We talked shook hands and manager Alin approved my offer. When I went to pick up the car, Andres spent over 30 minutes with me. He programmed my phone and explained all the buttons and switches on the dashboard. To start out I am very unhappy with my purchase of my 2021 Honda CRV. If I could give a zero star review I would. As soon as I got home with the car, I noticed a very unpleasant smell. It smelled like rodent feces and pee. I ended up finding rat feces on the dashboard and in the trunk spare tire area along with a nest.
