Horrendous service. Every time I’ve brought my car here I get charged for something that was supposed to be covered by my Honda care, or work doesn’t get done that was supposed to be, and every time they try to upsell the hell out of me and I’m just done. Terrible place to get your car serviced. Don’t take your car here, don’t buy Honda Care, just find a good mechanic.
I have purchased or leased 5 cars here. They have consistently been reasonable and easy to deal with, especially Tom.
Had brought car in for repair. Needed to contact them for something else and they worked with me to make it right. I believe one of the managers, Eric Matos called me personally to assist after the fact. They’re reasonably priced and recommend. Thank you!
My salesman Michael was terrific - no pressure, very helpful and put together a very good deal for me. This is my 4th lease from Joyce, and I'm very satisfied.
