If you can avoid bringing your car here for repairs or oil changes, please do so. One of my family members brought their car in for service, and ever since then it’s been nothing but problems. AVOID THIS PLACE. It’s clear that no one here really knows what they’re doing, and you’ll likely leave with more issues than you came in with.
Joyce Honda excels. The staff is friendly, attentive and one feels they want to help. Most important for me is that your car is taken in as scheduled, the waiting lounge is close and clean, their work is great, and your car is returned clean and on time. Very great customer service and Laura was very great salesperson extremely patient and helpful throughout whole process definitely recommend.
Horrible experience, if I could give it one star I would. My AC was broken, I brought it in to get fixed. Stopped working after two days. Pissed off but gave them the benefit of the doubt and maybe there was something they missed. I questioned if it was multiple different parts, and they reassured me they found the problem this time.
