It took most of the afternoon to install, which seemed acceptable considering the complexity of running in new duct work. The techs were courteous of my home and made sure to fix any previous unequal airflow concerns before they left.

I was pleased that the guy was on time and took approximately an hour to clean the vents completely after a prior negative experience with another contractor and the vents had a lot of dust buildup. He told me the buildup could have been impacting the efficiency of the unit and suggested that I undergo annual maintenance to avoid concerns like this in the future.
