Joyce did a great job from start to finish and helping us buy one house and then sell another. Not only is she extremely personal she is very professional and is on top of every part of the process. Any time we had any problems on either house she stepped in and took care of so much for us. We moved out of town before closing on our home and Joyce was there to meet contractors at our house and take care of other things for us while we were out of town.I highly recommend her anytime you are buying or selling a property.

Joyce was awesome in helping our mutual client get a great home under contract, exactly the way the client wanted. As a lender, having the contract come across the correct way the first time is amazing and she was always able to help in anything we needed!
