Joyce Farris is absolutely phenomenal! She was able to sell my rental property while I was living out of state in 6 days. She went above and beyond to get this property listed for me by putting forth so much effort from coordinating repairs so planting flowers to make it more appealing. It was not the biggest or most expensive house but she still treated the listing as if it were a million dollar mansion! I could not have asked for a better REALTOR. Joyce is great Real estate agent in person!! Not only being very knowledgeable always available willing to write up an offer on Sunday night at 10 o’clock. She is there ever step of the way and I can not press how much help she was.. I need to say she awesome working around your schedule. i dealt with the previous real estate agent that was never available on the weekends or at night.. not Joyce she wants to find you a home in your price range. I will be coming back to her the next time looking to buy or sell.
