I just brought in an old jacket with a zipper problem. Not only did the gentleman fix - it literally in less than a minute - to my surprise, he didn’t charge me at all 🥹 He was very warm, informative, and genuinely exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back!!
I had a small issue with a zipper that I needed taken care of, and not only did this dry cleaner handle it quickly and professionally, but they also refused to charge me for the service. It’s rare to find a business that shows this level of kindness and integrity. The staff was friendly, the work was excellent, and they truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others. Highly appreciated!
They do a good job but the prices are crazy! They're rates are disproportionately high compared to other local dry cleaners. Double check the value before you proceed.
Charged $175 to dry clean two suits and repair pants. They did give me a refund when I realized what the receipt said. Took the clothes down the road and paid $55 for the same.
Joyce has been my favorite cleaner in the city for years. They have consistently been able to remove the toughest of stains and do so in a time crunch when we needed them most. I’ve also gotten suits altered at Joyce. To this day it is the best fitting suit I own. I’d recommend them 11/10 times to anyone looking for a dry cleaner and alteration services in Philly!
