My first dry cleaning experience. Fast and efficient. The staff is reliable, and the clothes are always ready as agreed. This has been my go-to place for dry cleaning for months now!
Been coming to Joyce for some time now, always really quick and and give me exactly what I ask for!
Nice guy but charged me $100 to change a zipper. When the other side broke he charged me another $75. He only changed 1 side of my winter jacket. He didn't say it would be $100 for half a zipper. Total ripoff
I have a 100% wool coat that I thrifted for $10. This is a luxury I couldn't otherwise afford, and can't replace. It was pretty clean when I got it, and I was nervous about cleaning it at all, because all I've ever heard is horror stories about cleaning wool sweaters and the like. Came in here the day after my wedding to get my dress cleaned. My dress is long and the bottom of it got dirt/ mud on it. I was quoted $225 to clean the dress! Absolutely insane price! The worker claimed it would take "several washes" to get the mud off the dress. I was left stunned and speechless and promptly left this establishment and went elsewhere.
