Absolute SCAM I purchased a Joybird 5 piece sectional as well as a pet protection plan. The plan is supposed to fix any one time damage done by your pets. Unfortunately when submitting a claim to actually use our pet protection plan, they reject the claim almost immediately. I recommend going elsewhere based on the customer service alone.
We just unfortunately had a terrible experience with Joybird. To make a long story short, couch was accidentally sent to Spokane Washington instead of our home in Los Angeles because of an employee mistake at the LA Melrose store. It took days to locate the couch with Joybird and third party shippers. Ultimately the couch was found at the Spokane warehouse. Love this furniture store. Amazing staff. Came in with a friend and had a very enjoyable shopping experience.
We had such a great time shopping for our reclinable couch at Joy Bird thanks to Sarah Sim. We had so many questions, wanted to see many color variations and very specifically wanted the right couch for our lounge. Sarah was so patient and took her time with us as; almost 2 hours; always showing sincere interest in what we wanted. We feel so happy that we had such wonderful customer service experience thanks to Sarah
