My Joybird experience was nothing short of amazing! First of all, Kayla from the downtown showroom was the absolute best in guiding and supporting me through this process and big investment. She was extremely kind, flexible, patient, informative and accommodating and I couldn’t have had a better experience plus to top it off, the couch is amazing! It came 3-4 weeks sooner than expected, and was even better than I imagined. Thank you Kayla and the Joybird team!

Our Nico sectional came yesterday!!! We're absolutely thrilled with the quality and comfort. Absolutely exceeds our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised that Joybird is actually Lazy Boys but geared toward more contemporary style. This fact should be advertised more because I was a bit hesitant about the Joybird brand. Kayla was great. She gave me space when i asked for it and helped me thoroughly when I asked for help, advice or had a question. This was a great experience and I would do it again.
I walked into Joybird wanting to see a specific chair, that unfortunately was no longer available. The sales rep Jasmine Renteria helped me to select an alternative which was delivered to my home yesterday. It is so unbelievably comfortable. I am extremely happy with my choice. I appreciate that Jasmine was able to make help me find an alternative, which now I think is the best choice for my needs.
