Jazmine was phenomenal to work with -- kind, knowledgable, and accommodating. As fire victims, The DTLA Joybird location was amazing. They helped us replace our furniture and offered us a much appreciated discount. We can't wait for our order to arrive!
Exceptional service. We were able to take our time, review all the options and make selections based on our own timetable. There was great follow up from Kayla on the sales team, including information on how we could get rid of our old couch. The new couch even arrived ahead of schedule and looks great.
