Great customer service. Had a pillow on sofa zipper fail. Had immediate replacement. Now had staples coming through bottom o of couch and joybird is replacing immediately. They support their product. Friendly customer service. And the sofa I purchased is super comfy and the velvet type upholstery super soft. Cats don't even care to scratch.
Loved my Joybird experience. I had a clear idea of the couch I was looking for and Kayla was so fantastic in showing me options that fit the vision. She was overall very knowledgeable so it made shopping very seamless and breezy. I love my new couch and am thankful that Kayla made the whole experience a positive one.
Absolute SCAM I purchased a Joybird 5 piece sectional as well as a pet protection plan. The plan is supposed to fix any one time damage done by your pets. Unfortunately when submitting a claim to actually use our pet protection plan, they reject the claim almost immediately. I recommend going elsewhere based on the customer service alone.
We just unfortunately had a terrible experience with Joybird. To make a long story short, couch was accidentally sent to Spokane Washington instead of our home in Los Angeles because of an employee mistake at the LA Melrose store. It took days to locate the couch with Joybird and third party shippers. Ultimately the couch was found at the Spokane warehouse.
