This is my second Joybird sofa and I am pleased with the experience. My design consultant, Kayla, took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and I got the sofa that I wanted. The delivery was ahead of schedule as well.
Jazmine was so friendly and helpful. She definitely understood the style and vibe I was looking for, while still considering all the specific needs on my check list. She offered us great options and gave us time to chat and discuss while we considered. She was so friendly and bubbly, it was like buying a sofa from your friend. A great purchase experience and I’m super excited for my sofa to arrive!
This location is a pretty relaxed one, with lots of natural light, so you can kind of see what the pieces look like for real. It was a fairly long purchase process for us, start to finish. We would come in every so often and window shop until we found the couch we were sure about. Great customer service! Kayla Thompson was extremely informative, patient and accommodating. She answered all of our questions and helped with the tough decision making process of buying a couch. So happy with our Lewis Loveseat purchase that Kayla recommended in Harper Amber Gold Fabric. It's super comfy, compact and can't get enough of the color!
Jazmine was truly the best , she helped me as soon as I walked in , 10/10 service with her 💖. I recommend everyone visiting their showroom before purchasing to get the full experience. Can’t wait to receive my sofa !
