I love this clinic I was trying to get pregnant for almost 3 years and Doctor Sandra Clapper with her treatment I got pregnant in less then 3 months.
Made this appointment months ago. Sent in my records AND confirmed receipt. Arrived half an hour early as suggested... on a Monday after holiday weekend. After they could not find my previously confirmed records and the half hour, we then waited another hour with NO acknowledgement. No apologies or smiles from staff, Just waited, on a Monday morning...
